Safe, happy, and healthy in the heart garden

The sun is shining, and this garden work feels like soul work

Butterflies and birds of all kinds are flitting about,
pollinating the flowers and fruit trees

I am at once the garden and the gardener

There is no wanting, no desire, just pure joy, pure healing

Wounds and suffering disappear,
I sense peace, calm and loving kindness in every grain of soil

Life unfolds with ease, swirling about the garden in fragrances intertwined

The ego-mind is over in the compost pile

A worm just said “hello, I love you”

– The Global Gardener

You are loved!

Don’t go outside your house to see the flowers.

My friend, don’t bother with that excursion.

Inside your body there are flowers.

One flower has a thousand petals.

That will do for a place to sit.

Sitting there you will have a glimpse of beauty

inside the body and out of it,

before gardens and after gardens.
